The 10th China Intellectual Property Annual Conference with the topicof "IP， Evolving with the New Era" was opened in Hangzhou onSeptember 2， 2019. More than 10，000 delegates from more than 40 countries onfive continents attended the Conference. Representatives from internationalorganizations， government departments at home and abroad， embassies in China，judicial organs， universities and institutes， industry associations， and famousenterprises came together.

In the Conference， Mr. Ruijing KE， partner of CSPTAL and manager ofJapanese Electronics Group， gave a speech “Prepare for Global Layout of AIpatent” at Session 2 (AI 2.0and Intellectual Property) starting from 13:30， September 2. The speech analyzesAI patent examinations in China， Japan， the United States and Europe， includingthe status of AI patent applications and the trends of AI patent examinationsin recent years， and also providing examples of examinations (patentability， novelty，inventive step).
